Confidence Club Martial Arts Taekwondo Program

Tots is a 30 minute preschool class every Friday at 4:30pm. 

We introduce STRUCTURE and ROUTINE with the basics of Taekwondo while having FUN!

Little Kicks is a 30 minute version of our regular Taekwondo program where we emphasize:

• Teamwork
• Focus
• Self-discipline 
• Balance
• Fitness
• Patience 
• Coordination
• Respect

2 classes a week are recommended!

Develop CHARACTER and CONFIDENCE through solid martial arts skills and a vision towards attaining LONG TERM GOALS with DEDICATION and CONSISTENCY.

Students work and support each other to foster INTERACTIVE SOCIAL SKILLS and FRIENDSHIPS that will last a LIFETIME.

2-3 classes a week are recommended!

Almost all of our classes are ALL AGES, so siblings and parents may participate in TRAINING TOGETHER.

Forms Training

PRECISE hand and foot techniques. CONTROL, BALANCE, and POWER. Sharp crisp movements through FOCUS and DISCIPLINE. 

Olympic & Point Sparring

The POSITIVE mindset of a competitor. DYNAMIC footwork and ENDURANCE. Kicking and striking techniques with CONTROL and POWER.
